The Story of Shackleton’s Last Expedition 1914-1917 by Ernest Shackleton and an original postcard of Ernest E. H. Shackleton, C.V.O. Photo by Beresford, who was a British studio photographer, originally from Drumlease, Dromahair, County Leitrim. A member of the Beresford family headed by the Marquess of Waterford and the third of five children, he was the son of Major Henry Marcus Beresford and Julia Ellen Maunsell.

A signed first edition of High Adventure by Edmund Hillary with maps by A. Spark. By Charles Darwin, The Zoology of the Voyage of H.M.S. Beagle Under the Command of Captain Fitzroy During the Years 1832 to 1836. Illustrated with numerous coloured and black and white plates (some folding). In four volumes.
