First edition, first impression. London: Jonathan Cape, 1982. Publisher’s original grey cloth with lettering to spine in gilt. Very good with some light toning. Previous owner's signature scribbled out with date to front endpaper.. The original and unclipped dust jacket is very good with some edge wear, primarily to the top edge with spine foot with a small tear to head of dust jacket. A very good copy overall.
