Covers framed by a single gilt fillet; spine divided into six panels by five gilt raised bands, title and author in gilt direct in the second and third, the remainder framed in gilt with an arabesque tool in centre; fore-edge and turn-ins gilt; comb-marbled endpapers; red and gold endbands. All edges gilt. A superb example from this renowned bindery.
