Title in gilt on upper cover and spine, gilt decoration to lower cover; floral pattern endpapers. Previous owner's signature on recto of frontispiece. Manuscript list of breweries working in Burton-on-Trent in 1869, loosely inserted. All edges gilt. A few spots of foxing to the prelims. A near fine copy. Breweries described in great detail. St. James Gate, Guinness Brewery in Dublin, with illustrations and 43 pages of text.
