Franz Johann Joseph von Reilly (1766-1820), was the son of Johann Reilly, Court Master at the Hapsburg Court. Born in Austria, he was an art dealer, cartographer and writer, based in Vienna. He also published maps in his two major Atlases: Schauplatz der fünf Theile der Welt and Grosser Deutscher Atlas. He died 1820 in Vienna.
