ESTC N507415 records a single copy in North America (Huntington), and none elsewhere. A remarkably rare survival of a private bill secured by Henry O’Brien, seventh Earl of Thomond
(1688-1741) enabling him to grant freehold leases on his estates - although by the terms of his marriage settlement he only held his property on a life tenancy.
