All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final Programme. Baile Átha Cliath v. Ciarraí. Páirc an Chrócaigh, 23 Meán Fómhair 1984. Dublin: Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, 1984. Illustrated wrappers. 76 pp approx.

A scarce official programme issued for the centenary year All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final, in which Dublin met Kerry at Croke Park on 23rd September 1984. This match was the centrepiece of the GAA’s Bliain Comóradh an Chéid (Centenary Year), commemorating the founding of the Association in 1884.

The programme contains the full team line-outs, photographs, player profiles, and period advertisements, making it both an essential sporting record and a vivid piece of cultural ephemera. Kerry emerged victorious on the day, defeating Dublin to secure yet another title during their dominant 1980s era.

Original copies from this centenary final are now much sought after, both for their historical significance in marking one hundred years of the GAA and for the high-profile rivalry between Dublin and Kerry. A desirable souvenir from the Centenary Final – a landmark in the history of Gaelic games.
