Near contemporary full green morocco, Celtic cross in gilt on upper cover with the letters „INRI‟ (Iesus Nazarenus, Rex Iudaeorum) in gilt at centre. Spine divided into six panels with raised bands, gilt fillets and triple gilt dots at corners, title in gilt direct in the second; wide gilt doublures; cream endpapers; red endbands; all edges gilt. Signatures of Art Ó Broin and Padhraic Ó Dubhsláine on front endpapers; Presentation inscription to Rev. P. Egan on titlepage. Spine evenly faded. A very good copy.
