Quarter vellum parchment on green paper boards, title in gilt along spine, Peppercanister in gilt on upper covers and slipcase. Special edition of Fifteen Dead issued uniformly with One and other Poems, limited to 150 copies only [both No. 16]. Top edges gilt. Fine copies in fine slipcase.
Only 125 copies for sale, 25 reserved for presentation. In ‘Fifteen Dead’ the coffin device decoration is derived from the badge issued for the Civil Rights Protest March in Newry on 6 February, 1972, following Widgery’s Tribunal and betrayal of the Bogside. One and Other Poems was a continuation of the themes of Kinsella’s sequence ‘Notes from the Land of the Dead’.
