Crown octavo. pp. xl, 258, [(2 (advertisement)]. Contemporary full panelled calf. Spine and corners professionally rebacked. Name erased and cut from titlepage with paper repair. Occasional foxing and traces of old ink stain to margin of titlepage. A good copy.
