Some light spotting. A very good copy.  Illustrated with a large folding genealogical table showing the descent of the principal families of Hy-Fiachrach, from their great ancestor Eochaidh Muighmheadhoin, Monarch of Ireland in the fourth century, to the present day. These were the illustrious families of the O'Dowds, O'Shaughnessys, O'Clerys, and O'Hynes. Their territory comprised of County Mayo and much of County Sligo. This account of the families of Hy-Fiachrach is taken from the manuscripts of the great scholar Dubhaltach Mac Fhirbhisigh.
